Mark is the Founder and President of Next Bridge Funding, a private finance company he strategically built by leveraging more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mark, a driven entrepreneur and seasoned leader, has completed over 800 successful fix-and-flip projects and overseen a residential portfolio exceeding 200 properties. In 2019, he transformed his extensive real estate operation into a dynamic private lending firm, using his deep market insight and business acumen to meet the evolving needs of investors and clients. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton and a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Detroit Mercy.
Vlad Safir
Vlad is the Chief Operating Officer of Next Bridge Funding. His experience in real estate investment and financing is extensive, dating back to 2004. There isn’t much Vlad hasn’t done. As an investor, he was responsible for flipping over 1500 homes. He has successfully managed and serviced hundreds of commercial and residential rentals, as well as completed ground-up construction for numerous commercial and residential projects.
Matt brings over 15 years of experience in finance and the automotive sectors. He has managed two finance companies with portfolios exceeding $35 million and successfully led the sale of a finance business in 2017. Matt began his career in corporate finance at JPMorgan, building a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic planning. Known for his integrity and data-driven leadership, he focuses on sustainable growth and team development. In addition, Matt is a summa cum laude Finance graduate from Miami University.

Hannah Brown
In her role as Regional Director of Sales & Marketing in the Michigan market, Hannah advances the company’s mission by delivering innovative lending solutions tailored to real estate investors and clients. She collaborates with the Next Bridge Funding team to spearhead marketing initiatives, oversee outreach campaigns, and facilitate clear communication with prospective brokers, borrowers, and partners. Hannah earned her Bachelor’s degree in General Management and Marketing from Oakland University, equipping her with a strong foundation for her strategic, results-driven approach. Dedicated to organization, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service, Hannah is instrumental in strengthening client relationships and ensuring a smooth, seamless lending experience.
