This 6 month Purchase Loan where we lent 70% of the purchase price, was taken by a client that had their loan rejected at the last minute because of a foreclosure on the their record 6 years ago. We are providing short term financing so this foreclosure can drop off their credit and they can refinance into a longterm loan with a bank in 4 months.
