Our repeat borrower was beginning a new construction project from the ground up on vacant land. To support the development, we provided a $232,000.00 construction escrow loan for 6 months, structured to fund the project in phases. As each stage of construction was completed, we disbursed funds in a draw format to reimburse the borrower and facilitate progress on subsequent tasks. The borrower was able to sell the property for top dollar, allowing them to fully repay the loan.
